Refund & Return Policy – OSSARA Jewelry
Overview
Thank you for shopping at OSSARA. Each piece of our jewelry is handcrafted and carefully inspected before shipping. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging, jewelry box, and any authenticity cards if applicable.
Please note that due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewelry items are non-returnable once worn or handled.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards or discount codes
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry
- Intimate jewelry such as earrings that have been tried on
- Final sale or clearance items
To complete your return, we require your order number or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or supplier.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or PayPal balance again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@coral-armadillo-788201.hostingersite.com with your order details and photos of the item. Once confirmed, you may ship your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided by our support team after you contact us. Do not send any package before approval.
Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
